I personally go to the stores/markets to source the best possible ingredients - grassfed beef, organic chicken & pasture raised eggs, fresh seafood, vegetables that are cooked within 12 hours of buying them, and > 95% organic whenever possible. 

Everything is customizable & any/all diets can be accommodated! Vegan, keto, gluten-free, kosher…you can even specify the level of salt & spice you like in your food. The more we work together, the more I’ll get to know you and what you like and it’ll just keep getting better!
